    Responsibilities:

    • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
    • Provide direct oneonone therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
    • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
    • Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment goals
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective communication and coordination of services
    • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients

    Skills:

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior plans effectively
    • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
    • Patience, empathy, and compassion when working with individuals with ASD
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

    Note:
    Prior experience as a Behavior Technician or working with individuals with ASD is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
