    Job DescriptionTitle- Warehouse Automation Implementation ConsultantLocation- Immediate onsite 3 days per week in Alpharetta, Georgia (Local preferred)Duration- Contract until 4/20/2025 with potential for extensionsVisa- USC/GC/GC-EAD/H4-EAD

    Interview Mode: Video Interview

    The Warehouse Automation Consultant for distribution applications (SAP, Softeon, transportation, etc.) provides technical expertise in full systems life cycle management (e.g., analysis, technical requirements, design, coding/configuration, testing, implementation of systems and applications software, etc.) to ensure delivery is on time. He/She guides teams to ensure effective communication and achievement of objectives. This position researches and supports the integration of emerging technologies within tech stack or that can be leveraged by client's suite of applications. He/She provides knowledge and support for applications' development, integration, and maintenance. This position will solve technical issues or functional issues in the assigned application.

    Responsibilities:

    Drive all aspects of technical development from technical design to successfully delivering solutions.

    Manages creation of application documentation.

    Guides system integration.

    Evaluates and monitors emerging technologies and products.

    Handle project activities including scope, conflicting priorities, issue escalations, and status reporting.

    Be capable of delivering high-quality Health care distribution system solutions in a dynamic environment and within challenging timelines.

    Must be able to manage multiple tasks or projects with changing priorities.

    Additional details:

    Work closely with business stakeholders on new change requests to evaluate feasibility and provide effort estimate.

    Must possess excellent collaborative and interpersonal communication skills to drive consensus across teams.

    Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and sensitive to established schedules and scopes.

    Should demonstrate flexibility to work with multi-regional teams across different time zones.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    At least one full life cycle of warehouse automation implementation from the start to steady state,

    Extensive experience in any of the WMS applications, cloud WMS would be a plus (Softeon, Blue Yonder, Infor, SAP EWM),

    At least one life cycle implementation experience with WES - Warehouse Execution System,

    Extensive experience in working with WMS-WES-WCS integration,

    Extensive experience in solution design that spans inbound, outbound and inventory control,

    Extensive experience in working with at least one of the modernized automation such as AMR, ASRS, AGV.

    Working experience with WES vendor solution that is separate from WCS vendor.

    Experience in partnering with multiple vendors that bring WMS, WES, WCS, automation,

    Experience in working in SAP as ERP environment,

    Nice to have:

    Healthcare experience is a big plus

    Third Party Logistics experience is a big plus

    CFR 21 Part 11 System validation experience is a big plus,

    Industrial Engineering experience and a IE major are big plus.
