    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our medical and adult use cannabis company. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting potential clients, and closing sales. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and technology to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The majority of your day will be spent driving across the state to different dispensaries and facilities to meet with purchasing managers and business owners. This is a self-driven position for like-minded individuals.

    Responsibilities:
    - Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services
    - Identify and qualify leads through market research and networking
    - Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
    - Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
    - Collaborate with the operations team to develop effective sales strategies
    - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
    - Negotiate pricing and terms of agreements with customers
    - Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

    Requirements:
    - Must pass a background check; any felonies within the last ten years will be grounds for disqualification for this position.

    -Must have a clean driving record.

    Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology sales or related field
    - Strong business development skills with the ability to identify new opportunities
    - Excellent telemarketing skills, including cold calling and lead generation
    - Fluent in English; Spanish language skills are a plus
    - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    - Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively

    In addition to this, we are ideally looking for someone who will not only open new accounts but find creative ways to strengthen our existing client relationships as well.
