    Job Description

    We are currently seeking a Mechanical Engineering Manager in Huntsville, AL. Responsibilities include:

    Leads a team of mechanical engineers through a product's life cycle.
    Responsible for management of mechanical engineering projects.
    Designs, implements, and refines product development, testing, and manufacturing processes.
    Manages staff and assigns tasks to engineering and technical personnel.
    Leads teams in the development of new products, solutions, and processes.
    Helps to create processes, workflow, and documentation.
    Collaborates with other team leaders and departments.

    Education

    BS in Mechanical Engineering required.

    10+ years relevant work experience required.

    Skills

    Proficient with Solid works, FEA Software, and other 3D and 2D drawing products

    Ability to Research and design mechanical components.

    Methodical with high attention to detail

    Multi-tasking skills and ability to juggle/prioritize multiple projects

    Active security clearance
