    Responsibilities:

    The Senior CRM Developer is responsible for leading the development and optimization of our Microsoft Dynamics customer relationship management system (CRM) to drive business growth, enhance customer engagement, improve efficiency, and streamline processes. The Senior CRM Developer will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Commercial leadership, IT, and Marketing to ensure alignment with business objectives while driving positive customer experiences.

    Your Day Will Be Very Busy... You Will

    • Works closely with all departments implementing and ensuring Microsoft Dynamics works effectively across teams while maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the platform.
    • Develops and maintains Microsoft Dynamics solutions and customizations in alignment with business objectives.
    • Leads planning, organizing, and management of all Microsoft Dynamics projects to ensure effective operations.
    • Monitors Microsoft Dynamics processes and resolves issues that arise. Identifies areas for improvement and develops technical improvement plans.
    • Collaborates with Information Technology to design, configure, test and deploy changes to Microsoft Dynamics database entities, fields, screens, forms, workflows, reports and dashboards.
    • Stays informed on current, new, and emerging Microsoft Dynamics features, roadmaps and releases.
    • Conveys knowledge to both developers and business users to balance the use of native (OOB) features and the appropriate use of custom development.
    • Troubleshoots errors and performance related issues.
    • Leads key specific software projects starting with project requirements gathering, requirement specification, testing, quality assurance.
    • Works closely with business users to identify, map, and document each business requirement.
    • Documents processes, recommends improvements and streamlines business processes into design documents.
    • Prepares project documentation as required, champions the production of business cases for software development or migration.
    • Reviews current system data structure, and model new data structure based on current operational requirements.
    • Evaluates and maps existing data structure fields for legacy data migration.
    • Creates test cases and reports on outcomes.
    • Works with Business Leads on business requirements and translates business requirements into a system design.
    • Works with internal and external resources to project manage small to medium projects.
    What Your Background Will Be
    • Bachelor's degree in technology, computer science or equivalent experience required.
    • Proven work experience within a Commercial organization using Microsoft Dynamics is required.
    • 3+ years' experience in Microsoft Dynamics is required.
    • Process Design Experience required.
    • Ability to keep abreast of technological changes in the CRM field is required.
    • Computer proficient to include MS project, web browser/internet search, MS Outlook, MS Office to include Advanced Excel skills and the ability to produce presentation-ready slides in PowerPoint. Technical competence includes the ability to learn new software and systems required.
    • Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics out of the box Configuration (tables, forms, lists, workflows, business process flows, web resources, users, security) required.
    • Prior functional experience packaging Microsoft Dynamics solutions and deploying them to higher instances (QA, UAT, Prod) required.
    • Prior experience meeting with Project Stakeholders, SMEs and Business Users to gather and document as-is and to-be processes and requirements required.
    • CRM Development Tools (i.e., Dynamics 365 S-DK, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
    • Web Technologies (i.e., JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
    • SQL Server experience required.
    • Prior hands-on experience using custom code required.
    • Prior experience translating business requirements into functional and technical design documentation required.
    • Ability to think critically and communicate effectively across the organization required.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
    • Experience from a medical device company preferred.
