Job summary
This Administrative Assistant Supervisor role leads the administrative support function for the division and participates in department/division meetings to relay relevant information and provide follow-up. They take ownership of issues and concerns communicated to the department/division, develop cooperative relationships with other departments/agencies, ensure operational information is communicated to staff, implement policies/procedures that guide/support departmental operations/services.
