- Prepare and dispense medications and IV solutions according to physician orders and established guidelines.
- Ensure the accuracy and sterility of all compounded IV products.
- Monitor patient drug therapies and provide medication counseling.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care and safety.
- Manage drug inventory, storage, and security in the pharmacy.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all medications dispensed and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Participate in the development and implementation of hospital pharmacy policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and supervision to pharmacy technicians and support staff.
- Monday - Friday: 7:00am-4:00pm
- Saturday - Sunday: 8:00am-12:00pm
- Rotating weekends: Every 2nd or 3rd
- On-call
- TN license clear and active
- 1+ year or more of recent inpatient experience
- IV skills required
- Willing to work 13+ week assignment
