Warehouse Manager Job Details Level Management Job Location EventLink San Francisco Warehouse Location - San Francisco, CA Position Type Full Time Education Level High School or Equivalent Travel Percentage Up to 50% Job Shift Day Job Category Warehouse EventLink is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager, local to the Bay Area, with a focus on logistics and operations, to manage our local warehouse with limited support of execution in field as needed. We are looking for a well-versed Warehouse Manager in production, logistics and warehouse management as well as having previous client and consumer facing experience. This is a full-time position, 40+ hours per week, with excellent compensation, working within the event and spirits industry.

**Responsibilities:**

Oversee and manage the warehouse (4,000sqft)

Handle receiving and outbound from warehouse

Assist in coordinating logistics/shipments as needed

Ensure inventory is taken regularly and updates are provided weekly

Manage product/asset drop offs as needed

Ensure all assets are properly stored/maintained

Assist with assembling event assets and prepping assets for pick-up/drop-off

Assist with event execution as needed

Assist Local Field Manager with requests as needed

Report any concerns/issues to Local Field Manager

**Education**:

High school diploma or GED

**Experience**:

Previous warehouse or asset/inventory management required (3 to 5years)

Previous alcoholic beverage experience preferred

**Skills**:

Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word)

Self-motivated and task oriented

Able to work on their own with minimal managerial oversight on a day to day basis

Exceptional communication and organizational skills

**Competencies:**

Ability to travel in market for site visits and errands as needed (must have a car, valid license, and clean driving record)

Must be able to lift 50lbs

Comfortable with driving vans and small trucks (< 26ft) as job requires

Professional demeanor and previous client-management experience

Forklift certified/experience preferred

**Schedule**:

Based on business role may require nights/weekends but primarily reports 9am-5pm/M-F
