    Summary:

    The Business Support Specialist (Contract) will provide support to expatriates and immigration support services to employees as needed. Will also provide administrative support by managing shared goods services and processing administrative tasks through internal and external systems while managing other General Affairs related programs. In addition, HR/GA support will be provided for additional tasks and duties as they are assigned.

    (This is a third-party contract position working at LG Energy Solution Troy Office)

    Responsibilities:

    • Supporting housing, vehicle, insurance, phone, onboarding, etc. for expatriates and all employees
    • Mangement of Shared goods and services - office supply order and management
    • Receive and route mail.
    • Ordering of business cards
    • General administrative support (electronic approvals, invoices, and vendor registrations)
    • Immigration support services
    • Manage company pool car and mobile phone program.
    • HR and GA with a variety of misc. admin and project-related tasks and other duties as assigned.

    • Location, Right Quantity, Right Container
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of associate degree in in business related field.
    • Must be Korean-English Bilingual

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in corporate setting.

    Skills:

    • Handling administrative responsibilities in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
    • Experience with ADP & SAP software and benefits systems is preferred.
    • Requires the ability to use good judgment and discretion with highly confidential business and team member information.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Intermediate computer and Microsoft Excel skills are required.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, when needed, to support new hire onboarding and other areas of responsibility.
