The RPW at Oak Hill's Orange CT location works hours/week SunWed pmam. Provides services for individuals based on their needs in their home and in their community.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains program participants cleanliness comfort and well-being facilitates the development and maintenance of self-help daily living skills by providing guidance assistance in personal hygiene tasks.
  • Facilitates program implementation prepares materials for program participant-related activities or projects as needed.
  • Maintains program participant health well-being promotesencourages self-administration prescription non-prescription medications administers medication documents medication administration any errors which may occur observes reports on changes behavior physical mental appearance to so that issues can be addressed as needed.
