You will be located on-site at our Doylestown office, with partial flexibility to work remote once efficient.     What You'll Do
    As a Full Desk Recruiter / Account Manager, you'll manage the end-to-end recruiting process, working closely with clients and candidates to create win-win outcomes. Responsibilities include:
    • Full lifecycle recruitment: sourcing, engaging, and placing both active and passive talent using social media, professional networks, and internal databases.
    • Identifying qualified candidates and matching them to client requirements, technical skills, and company culture.
    • Managing the hiring process from position opening to offer stage, including onboarding support when needed.
    • Conducting pre-screening, candidate interviews, and qualification assessments.
    • Manage our CRM workflow, obtaining new business while servicing existing portfolio
    • Presenting job opportunities to attract top talent and gain referrals.
    • Acting as the primary liaison between candidates and hiring managers.
    • Supporting onsite client services to ensure a world-class candidate experience.
    • Participating in client strategy sessions and providing status updates.
    • Receiving hands-on mentorship from senior recruiting professionals.
    What We're Looking For
    • Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to adapt and improvise.
    • Polished, professional telephone presence and strong written/verbal communication.
    • High emotional intelligence (EQ) with strong interpersonal skills.
    • Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) or CRM tools preferred.
    • Self-motivated, coachable, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
    • Tech-savvy: proficient with MS Outlook, Word, LinkedIn, and social networking; AI exposure is a plus.
    • Customer-focused with a strong service mindset.

    Education:
    • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
    • Robust in-house training program ensures all motivated individuals can succeed.
