    What you get to do:

    • Develops, organizes and implements comprehensive programs in the assigned college, department and/or unit. Responsible for preparing and organizing programs and activities. Promotes programs internal and external to the university and evaluates effectiveness. Ensures programs comply with university and USG policies and procedures. This position is considered limited-term staff since it utilizes contingent funding.
    • Manages CYAAR programming and activities on the Marietta campus designed to increase the recruitment, retention, progression and graduation of CRP students
    • Assists with strategic planning, assessment, and evaluation of substance use, addiction, and recovery initiatives
    • Provides a comprehensive, non-judgmental, student focused collegiate recovery program based on evidence-based strategies and recovery-informed research
    • Conducts needs assessments, annual surveys, and program evaluations to measure effectiveness and impact of Center for Young Adult Addiction and Recovery's (CYAAR), programs and services.
    • Informs policy and decision-making on Marietta campus related to student health and substance use, misuse and addiction, and service provisions

    Educational Requirements

    Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education in related field

    Required Experience

    Three (3) years of related work experience
