    Job Title: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

    Location: Beloit, WI, and surrounding areas

    We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and provide exceptional services to students in the Beloit, WI, and surrounding areas. As a School-Based SLP, you will play a vital role in helping students develop and improve their communication skills within an educational setting.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
    • Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders.
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs.
    • Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
    • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input regarding students' goals and progress.
    • Offer guidance and support to teachers and other staff members regarding strategies to promote effective communication within the classroom.

    Requirements:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP).
    • Valid Wisconsin state license or eligibility for licensure.
    • Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
    • Previous experience in a school-based setting is desirable but not required.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
