    Required Skill(s):
    • 7+ years experience designing, developing, and maintaining middleware solutions using IIB and MQ.
    • Extensive experience with IBM Integration Bus (IIB), IBM MQ (WebSphere MQ), and IBM App Connect Enterprise software.
    • Experience with production support and troubleshooting of IIB message flows and WMQ environments.
    • Solid understanding of performance tuning techniques and load-balancing strategies for middleware environments.
    • Familiarity with Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions and protocols.
