- Support for life-cycle sustainment, corrective maintenance, OT-specific hardware management, network infrastructure, configuration management, security authorization, reporting, and policy and process development for communications and computer systems.
- Software engineering support for the analysis, design, development, integration, installation, testing, documentation, and life-cycle support of new and upgraded software to support a specific government requirement.
- Provide expertise in supporting and complying with enterprise initiatives to include technology rationalization, optimization, modernization and cost reduction; data delivery, management and consolidation; and cloud technology adoption initiatives to include Infrastructure, Platform and Software as a Service.
- The contractor shall provide expertise in supporting and complying with centrally managed team-integrated and enterprise processes
- Agile Development Processes DevSecOps as defined by DoD published guidance
- All phases of software development life cycle (SDLC)
- The contractor shall provide Application Portfolio Management, including database management and application support on a monthly basis to include troubleshoot\research applications, perform Business Case Analysis and process Functional Area Manager (FAM) processing of software or application requirements
- Secret Clearance
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Physics, Network Security, Information Systems, Information Technology or Computer Science.
- Fifteen (15) years of experience in Engineering, Systems Analysis, DoN and DoD IT Systems, Information Assurance, Web Development, or Engineering Management to include: Systems Analysis, Systems Architecture, Systems/Equipment Support, Test and Evaluation, and Logistics support of C4ISR requirements.
- Three (3) years of technical experience in support of information assurance/network protection or virtualization projects.
- Specialized technical skills and subject matter expertise for system design, engineering, hardening, implementation, and operations of Information Technology Systems (ITS) across various government organizations at enterprise level as well as local.
- Experience leveraging newer technologies or concepts such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Machine Learning (ML), Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA), Agile, and 5G when feasible to improve efficiencies and security of ITS.
- Possess expertise in supporting and complying with enterprise initiatives to include technology rationalization, optimization, modernization and cost reduction; data delivery, management and consolidation; and cloud technology adoption initiatives to include Infrastructure, Platform and Software as a Service.
