Job Description: We are seeking an organized Project Coordinator to join our team. Supporting project management activities and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist estimators and project managers by reviewing documents and contracts for relevant content to our project scope.
• Work with project managers to onboard field crew to new jobsites by ordering background checks, job specific tests and training.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for crew mobilization.
• Support weekly payroll activities by monitoring crew locations and hours.
• Aid in tracking project expenses using Quickbooks and Monday applications.
• Contribute to light bookkeeping tasks.
• Oversee project-related documentation, including contracts and compliance records, and provide assistance with document reviews.
• Take and distribute meeting notes.
• Collaborate on special projects as needed.
• Answer light incoming phones.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role, with a background in contracting or engineering being advantageous.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Experience in contract review is a plus.
• Possession of a Notary license is desirable.
