    Description


    Century Group is partnering with a consumer product company who is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team in the Glendale area.

    Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $75,000 to $95,000 per year.


    Job Description:
    Partner with department leaders and perform monthly inventory counting and inventory variance analysisEstablish inventory targets, provide forecasts and reporting/analysis for variance forecastPrepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance reportingManage Warehousing and Freight spendingPerform monthly analysis of COGS and research any discrepancies compared to forecastAnalyze manufacturing activities to investigate variancesAssist with yearly audit functions and provide timely supporting documentationAssist with other month-end activities as neededProvide accounting and administrative support to the Director of Finance as needed


    Requirements:
    Existing experience working with SAP Business One strongly preferredStrong project management skills and verbal/written communicationTeam player with a strong work ethic and self-starting attitudeAbility to demonstrate reliability and work in a fast-paced setting, ability to multitaskHighly organized and detail oriented


    Experience:
    Bachelor's degree in related field and a minimum of 4 years' experience working within manufacturing accounting
