Nurse Clinician - Palestine, TX

Job Summary
The Nurse position maintains required immunization records, perform state mandated health screenings, track communicable diseases, respond to emergencies, provide direct care to students, faculty and staff and implement district school health programs at their campus under the supervision of the district nurse.- Review and evaluate immunization records; contribute to and implement the individualized student healthcare plans.
- Administer physician ordered medications as outlined in district policy.
