Your role is to provide direct care, assist residents as needed with their care, all ADLs with vitals, along with assisting with treatments.

Included are answering call lights, changing linen, and keeping the resident's room tidy. Maintain safe and sanitary work conditions.

Who are you:

• Successful completion of an approved nursing assistant training program. Prior nursing assistant experience is preferred. Current Arizona CNA license required.
• Must hold a valid CPR Certification with BLS and be trained in AED procedures
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively and perform simple arithmetic. Ability to document care given.
• Frequently you lift/carry up to 20 lbs. Lots of standing, stooping, reaching and overhead reaching. Ability to help with resident transfers as 1-person and 2-person. Physically must be able to transfer, turn, position resident up to 125 lbs. Includes ability to push up to 150 lbs. in shower chair or wheelchair.
