    QUIKRETE, a leading producer of packaged products, is seeking a full-time/ on-site Sr. Learning and Development Specialist, as part of our HR team, at our corporate headquarters in Sandy Springs, GA.

    As a Sr. Learning and Development Specialist, you will be an on-site learning business partner and instructional designer responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills and organizational effectiveness.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Instructional Design: Design, develop, and adapt multi learner-focused experiences and resources in various formats, including e-learning modules, in person/webinar and other blended learning experiences that support our team development.
    • Project Management: Prepare, structure, and follow the development and implementation of learning initiatives and projects.
    • Needs Assessments: Work with HR and leaders to identify gaps in skills and knowledge, to define the learning priorities.
    • Program Design and Development: In partnership with Talent Management and HR Teams, create and develop training content and material, including presentations, handouts, learning courses, and other resources.
    • Expert-Matters Collaboration: Collaborates with key field experts to understand the training objectives and build effective programs. Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and HR partners.
    • Assets Management: Implement and track the resources and assets used for our programs. Maintain training resources, including participant guides, presentations, and multimedia materials, ensuring they are up-to-date, accessible, and aligned with company standards.
    • LMS: Manage and maintain our LMS database, assignments, and reporting.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in education, Human Resources, or a related field, with certifications in Instructional Design or similar.
    • 5+ years of relevant experience as an Instructional Designer, Learning Designer or Equivalent.
    • Sound instructional design practices.
    • Experience with (some but not all) the following tools and systems: LMS, Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Synthesia, Strong proficiency with MS Office 365 Suite including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
    • Strong knowledge of adult learning theory, learning styles, and learning needs.
    • Ability to create compelling and communicative graphics & content (graphic design skills a plus).
    • Bilingual English/Spanish is a Plus.
    • Self-starter and comfortable working independently.
    • Excellent verbal and technical writing communication skills.
    • Collaborative working style
    • Strong attention to detail
