As a Construction Superintendent, you will:

• Supervise on-site personnel, forecast crew size, and maintain performance records.
• Develop job schedule, update as needed with the Project Manager.
• Review all specifications, subcontracts, and schedules. Coordinate activity with subcontractors.
• Enforce all jobsite safety requirements as defined by Safety Program, OSHA, HAZCOM, and Safety Director.
• Review all material specifications and purchase orders for all materials. Anticipate needs and coordinate delivery dates for all materials.
• Understand jobsite maintenance procedures.
• Knowledgeable of all equipment at job site.
• Maintains all necessary jobsite paperwork, including, but not limited to; comprehensive daily log, delivery tickets (verifies deliveries and submits tickets to the office weekly), field work orders, timecards, plans, specs and shop drawings, purchase orders and subcontracts, as-built drawings, and project photos.
• Work consistent with plans, specifications, and good judgment. Creates a positive, professional, and friendly environment.
• Ensures project is constructed in accordance with design and within budget, to be turned over on the scheduled date of completion.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Construction Superintendent Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational skills, time management, high attention to detail, and excellent follow-up skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
