Job summary
Coordinate and revise make sheets detailing amount and type of product to be made deliver to appropriate personnel Troubleshoot problems and concerns from office and sales Work closely with plant management and customer service to notify of changes keep apprised of problems tour production floor to continue familiarity with operations ensure understanding of production products Attend meetings as required Oversee manage consumption tasks within ERP system ensuring accurate tracking documentation Supervise person responsible for consumption data regularly reviewing validating their work ensure proper completion process BC foods Collaborates customer service production departments establish schedules plans allocate available resources best serve client or customer needs Periodically compares current anticipated orders available inventory raw materials uses judgment anticipate demand acquire additional supplies needed Ensures accurate timely delivery orders Integrates sales orders master schedule coordinates availability raw materials milk supplies packaging Maintains master distribution schedule assigned facility revises alerts appropriate staff schedule changes delays Communicates Department Heads significant variations product demand Maintains various reporting systems lot tracker ensure documentation accurate timely Oversees manages consumption tasks ERP system ensuring data integrity timely updates Supervises verifies accuracy work ensures completion process BC foods Reconciles inaccuracies customer shipments deliveries Perform additional duties Management Perform corrective actions Quality Assurance Follow Good Manufacturing Practices GMPs
