    High Growth skincare Brand is seeking a Director of EcommerceKey Responsibilities:

    E-Commerce Strategy:
    Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive growth and enhance the online shopping experience.

    Website Enhancement:
    Lead efforts to improve website functionality, user interface, and mobile responsiveness to provide a seamless browsing and purchasing experience.

    Feature Addition:


    Identify and prioritize new features and functionalities to enhance the website, such as interactive product guides, skincare quizzes, and personalized recommendations.


    Educational Content:


    Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop educational resources, including blog posts, video tutorials, and skincare guides, to engage and educate customers.


    Analytics Utilization:


    Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify analytics, and Hotjar to gather insights into customer behavior, website performance, and conversion metrics.


    Optimizing the Funnel:
    Analyze the sales funnel to identify opportunities for optimization, including cart abandonment reduction, checkout process streamlining, and upsell/cross-sell strategies.

    A/B Testing:
    Conduct A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of website changes and optimizations, utilizing data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement

    Qualifications:
    Minimum of 6 years of experience in e-commerce management, with a focus on website optimization and feature development.

    Strong proficiency in Shopify, Google Analytics, Shopify, and Hotjar, with a demonstrated ability to extract actionable insights and drive results.

    Creative understanding and passion.
    Proven track record of implementing successful e-commerce strategies and initiatives to drive growth and improve the customer experience.
    Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
    This position has a salary range of $110,00-$130,000. This salary is a good faith estimate for this position.

    The final salary offer will be determined after reviewing relevant factors, which include a candidate's qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
