+ Job summary: This senior management position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Community.+Responsibilities:
  • Support the mission, vision, and culture of the organization through positive communication and leadership.
  • Contribute to Community relationships by demonstrating cooperation and professional conduct with residents, families, fellow associates physicians pharmacies and other vendors or persons.
  • Supervise Community staff provide training set and adjust rates of pay perform activities on interpret policies procedures employees/associates strategize labor occupancy mix expenses quality
