We are committed to excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in overseeing our diverse projects.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement project plans, ensuring they align with company goals and client requirements.
Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
Resource Allocation:
Collaborate with the Field Coordination Manager to allocate resources efficiently, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
Ensure that project teams are well-coordinated to meet project milestones.
Stakeholder
Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, engineers, contractors, and internal team members.
Provide regular project updates, address concerns, and ensure effective communication throughout the project.
Quality Assurance:
Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that all projects meet or exceed industry standards.
Conduct regular inspections and assessments to guarantee the highest level of workmanship.
Budget Management:
Work closely with the finance department to develop and manage project budgets.
Monitor project expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure financial goals are met.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and challenges associated with each project.
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
Client Satisfaction:
Foster positive client relationships by understanding their needs and expectations.
Address client concerns promptly and work towards exceeding their expectations.
Qualifications:
Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Industrial Engineering or Construction industry.
Degree
in engineering a plus
Project Management Skills:
Proven ability to plan, execute, and complete projects on time and within budget.
Communication:
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, engineers, and internal teams.
Quality Focus:
Strong commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in project delivery.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to identify and mitigate risks, solve problems, and make informed decisions.
