Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) IV to join our team in Glen Burnie, MD .

The Program Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) IV is a senior leadership Subject Matter Expert (SME) collaborating with the Cyber Services Lead IV, mission partner executive leadership, IT Managers, and Cybersecurity Teams to prepare and update program planning documentation, primarily focused on Scaled Agile Framework, Program Increment (PI) planning, and Agile Scrum activities.

They monitor and maintain cognizance of the security of applications, databases, computers, and websites. They lead development of PI program planning for customer-approved programs. They assess process improvement options and provide guidance on Service Level Agreements (SLA).

Responsibilities for Program Plan development and management include orchestrating sessions and regularly scheduled events throughout the year where multiple teams within the same Agile Release Train (ART) meet to align to a shared vision, discuss features, plan the roadmap, and identify cross-team dependencies.

They may collaborate with the Cyber Services Lead IV to ensure successful implementation and execution of agency-specific Information Security Programs supporting and leveraging a multi-tenant, multi-agency Security Operations Center (SOC) environment.

The position reports to the Cyber Services Lead IV and covers additional duties as assigned.

The Program Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) IV is a senior role managing all aspects of cybersecurity for an enterprise program.

The Program Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) IV supervises and mentors subordinate project and Team ManTech staff.
Current/ active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional certification.

Bachelor's degree in IT Management, Computer Science, or related STEM discipline from an accredited institution recognized by the U.Department of Education for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) or equivalent combination of education and experience in IT Security.

10 years of enterprise information security experience demonstrating working knowledge of the eight security domains as described by the International Information Security Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC2) and proficiency in at least two of the eight domains.

Expertise in writing, maintaining, and overseeing information security (IS) policies and IT security program(s).
Experience identifying and developing security related performance metrics to effectively manage people and systems.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex security concepts to non-technical executive stakeholders.
Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or other closely related IT discipline.
Experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft TechCenter, or Jira ticketing systems.

Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
