We are looking for a motivated and hands-on customer-facing Office Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a high-performing retail team.The ideal candidate will perform store opening and closing duties ensure operational readiness oversee daily operations ensuring a smooth efficient store workflow recruit train schedule coach team members to achieve performance goals lead by example deliver world-class customer service support inventory management ordering vendor relationships organize staff for optimum coverage of Store hours review approve payroll timesheets.
