Job DescriptionThe Reserves Network has partnered with an organization to find their next Director of Marketing. Reporting to the CEO, this Lincoln NE based company is dedicated to growing their iconic brand. WHAT IS GREAT ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY?

• Fully onsite direct hire role; Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000
• Local Lincoln NE candidates only

DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing, Public Relations, Communication, or a related field
• Prior marketing management experience in the hospitality/service restaurant industry preferred
• Familiarity with Google Adwords, Google Analytics, and email campaign platforms like Constant Contact and Mailchimp
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to lead, mentor, and develop marketing team members

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Develop and implement marketing initiatives to promote the brand, drive traffic, and increase revenue
• Collaborate with Operations and Marketing team members to enhance brand awareness through social media
• Oversee branding, collateral, advertising, and graphic design efforts to maintain brand consistency
• Create and manage content for the website, emails, and other digital platforms
• Work with creative agencies for advertisements, menu photos, video shoots, and printed collateral
