    We are looking for a licensedFull TimePhysical Therapist Assistantto provide routine visits for our patients based out of our Midland (Bay City, MI) home health office.

    What You'll Do as a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant:

    Provide rehabilitative physical therapy under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following each patient's individualized Plan of Care.
    Document patient status, observations, and care provided promptly and thoroughly.
    Demonstrate exercises or therapy techniques for caregivers, home health aides, or family members who will assist the patient.
    Build trusting relationships with patients and their families to support consistent, high-quality care.
    Physical Therapist Assistant - Licensure in Michigan
    Graduate of an accredited two-year Physical Therapy Assistant program.
    Licensed, certified, or registered PTA as required by applicable state law.
    In states without specific licensure requirements, must be a graduate of an accredited PTA program.
    Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.1+ year of experience in home health, hospital, or outpatient rehab setting
