    The Napa County Office of Education (NCOE) is a public agency that provides academic services and enrichment opportunities for students, teachers and the community, as well as critical business services for school districts.

    NCOE partners with the five public school districts in Napa County on a variety of programs and issues.

    NCOE also operates numerous federal and state grants including a robust AmeriCorps program and state-wide projects supporting Special Education students.

    Job Summary


    GENERAL INFORMATION:


    The job of Program Coordinator I is done for the purpose/s of supporting outreach, engagement and professional learning activities; developing and implementing website, social media, newsletters and related marketing content; planning and organizing events and trainings such as staff recognition programs, countywide student programs, school safety and health; and performing administrative duties such as fiscal processing and purchasing.

    Requirements / Qualifications


    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in job-related area with an emphasis in communications and project management.
    • Job related experience with increasing levels of responsibility is required in public schools or public agencies preferred.
    • Bilingual preferred.
