Why is this position open:

• Backfill position

Team background:

• His team works Internally with salesforce enterprise team
• Team is a mix of Senior and junior developers located in US- onshore and some nearshore in Argentina in India

Day 2 Day:

• Working with the team from the development side as well as 5 BA's and 4 Product Owners
• Helping support them as they are bringing out business requirements for user stories that have been requested through the different lines of business
• Formulate what that solution should look like in user experience and technical aspects
• Responsible for documenting the requirement in user story
• Code review - their own work will be checked
• Working with 3-4k users in their data base
• Working with delboomy integration tool

Technical Must Haves:

• 6+ years of strong experience
• Writing code in apex
• Lighting web component
• Process builders are being phased out and into lighting flow so important to be familiar with
• LWC expertise
• Rest and Soap integrations
• Sales cloud, service cloud, marketing cloud and data cloud
• Familiar with Agile process- they use aha to document user stories and managing there day to day, standup scrum calls

Nice to Haves:

• Data cloud
• Understanding azure is nice to have

Needed certifications:

• Platform certs
• Advanced admin is a +

Extras:

• Out of the box functionality in sales force is important
• Salesforce has been around since 2003 that are custom built that they should have knowledge with (updated and change these outdated sources)
• NetSuite ERP
• The product they are servicing is for the clients or members using the platform.
• If they have HSA they would call or email with issues, it will come through the service cloud and then the customer service agents would then interact with them.
• From there all the systems are integrated into Salesforce so they have all the information from NetSuite to match the numbers and data

Soft Skills:

• Communication skills with Bas
• Ability to see both sides of what the business might be asking for positive fun team (dad jokes are a plus).
