    Sunbelt Staffing, in collaboration with a prominent nationwide Home Health Agency, is seeking dedicated Contract Home Health Registered Nurses for an exciting opportunity in Huntsville, AL. If you're passionate about providing compassionate care in patients' homes, we want to hear from you.

    Contract Details:

    • Company: Sunbelt Staffing
    • Client: Nationwide Home Health Agency
    • Location: Huntsville, AL
    • Position: Contract Home Health Registered Nurse
    • Duration: 13 weeks, Full-time (40 hours per week)
    • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, occasional weekends and on-call (typically one weekend per month)
    • Compensation: Weekly pay, negotiable based on experience and territory budget
    • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k after 90 days, Mileage Reimbursement

    Requirements:

    • Active AlabamaRN License
    • Active American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS
    • Minimum 1 year of home health experience
    • Proficiency in OASIS and Homecare Homebase
    • Reliable transportation
    • Joint Commission onboarding standards upon offer

    Job Duties:

    • Conducting thorough patient assessments to identify needs and develop tailored care plans
    • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
    • Providing patient and family education on disease management, medication regimens, and home care procedures
    • Documenting patient progress accurately and maintaining up-to-date medical records
    • Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient care and continuity of services
