Position DescriptionResponsibilities include:
Provides executive-level administrative support to the Head Football coach, Football Operations Director, and 9 Assistant football coaches.
Coordinates Official Visit candidate and family travel to and from campus.
Prepares visit materials for candidates including official and unofficial.
Helps execute all candidate campus visits including itineraries, campus tours, photoshoots, and coach meetings.
Schedule head coach and assistant coach recruiting travel.
Manages recruiting databases including academic and athletic profile updates.
Executes priority candidate communication from coaching staff.
Assists Director of Football Operations with team travel and practice logistics.
Serves as senior administrative contact and liaison for internal and external program constituents.
Prepares game plans, playbooks, and practice schedules.
Supervise student workers.
