About the Job:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. This role involves overseeing overnight operations, including account balancing, transaction processing, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

This is an exciting opportunity for a night owl with excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and courteous guest service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued throughout their interaction.
• Handle incoming telephone calls with courtesy and efficiency, addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly.
• Register guests and assign rooms efficiently, ensuring a seamless check-in experience.
• Provide information to guests regarding hotel services, registration procedures, local attractions, dining options, entertainment, and travel directions.
• Acknowledge payments, provide change, and prepare detailed Daily Reports to maintain accurate records of hotel operations.
• Post ancillary charges, including food, beverages, room service, and telephone usage, to guest folios.
• Promote current hotel and franchise marketing programs to enhance guest experience and loyalty.
• Maintain open communication with the next shift and report any overnight incidents to the Operations Manager/General Manager/Maintenance team.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent; three to six months of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Developed language skills to read and understand instructions, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, write routine reports, and speak with poise and professionalism.
• Must have mathematical development sufficient to perform arithmetic calculations and compute ratio, rate, and percent.
• Solve practical problems and deal with various situations where limited standardization exists.

Estimated Salary:

$45,000 - $55,000 per annum
