- Provide direct one on one and/or group services to individuals receiving ABA services, to include implementing written individualized protocols and treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Appropriately implement behavior management strategies and respond safely in crisis situations
- Collect data on client behavior and skills as detailed in written protocols and enter in electronic data collection system within organizational expectations
- Ensure a creative, safe, and productive environment to promote client success
- Complete administrative tasks, to include client documentation, client needed materials, and other needs for the center.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- RBT Certification active and in good standing, or willing to become RBT certified within 90 days of employment
- Experience working with children. Experience working with children with behavioral concerns of developmental disabilities (preferred)
- Current active Adult and Child CPR First Aid/Certification, or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment.
- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as dependability and reliability.
