- Perform installation, service, and/or repair of wet-pipe, dry-pipe, and pre-action fire sprinkler systems
- Perform periodic inspections per National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 25 standards - internal piping inspections, obstruction investigations, flow tests, and hydro tests
- Provide accurate documentation through the use of Service Trade and state/local documentation as required
- Record and document all inspections, repairs, discrepancies, and recommendations
- Maintain a good positive relationship with the customer and pass on information to the appropriate personnel for follow-up, quotes, questions, or concerns
- 2-3 years experience as a Fire Sprinkler Fitter
- High School diploma or equivalent
- WA Journeyman Fitters License, required
- ITT Certificate of Competency (Washington State Certification), required
- NICET II Water Based Systems certification, desirable, but not required
- Certificate of Fitness (COF) (Fire Sprinklers) desirable, but not required
- Oregon Backflow Assembly Tester Certification, desirable, but not required
- Washington Backflow Assembly Tester Certification, desirable, but not required
- Working knowledge of current codes and standards of fire sprinkler systems
- Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
- This position may require occasional overnight work, emergency work and working on call
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Frequently lift and carry toolboxes, tools, equipment, parts, cabling, and/or wiring
- Must be able to push or pull up to 50 pounds

We are looking for a Fire Sprinkler Service and Install Fitter Technician to join our teamHourly pay range:

Work shift:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
As a Fire Sprinkler Service and Install Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, inspection, service, and/or repair of wet-pipe, dry-pipe, and pre-action fire sprinkler systems.
Also responsible for ensuring high levels of accuracy of these responsibilities and working in accordance with applicable national and local Codes and Standards.
