- provide excellent customer service and represent the salvation army's mission and values
- greet donors shoppers warmly assist with transactions at the register operate point-of-sale pos system handle all cash transactions accurately open close balance cash drawers per tsa cash handling policies maintain clean organized store restock straighten racks clean work areas ensure merchandise displayed properly replenished regularly follow policies regarding sale of donated goods work collaboratively team members management support productivity benchmarks contribute to sales goals be available flexible scheduling including early mornings evenings weekends some holidays
