    Work Location - 100% remote, some benefits if located local to State Colle***, PA but not required

    Position summary

    Being able to ensure the foundation for the integration of BK Medical into
    Healthcare (HC), all Quality Mana
    ment System (QMS) relevant suppliers need to be qualified according to HC QMS requirements to ensure operational readiness of purchasing controls.

    In scope is all QMS relevant suppliers both within Direct and Indirect supplier portfolio in both State Colle***, USA and Herlev, Denmark manufacturing sites.

    Part of the supplier qualification is to ensure signed Supplier Quality Requirement Agreement (SQR), ISO Certificates, Coordinate Audits, Supplier contact details etc.

    To ensure momentum and on time qualification of supplier for the foundation of the integration, extra resource is needed to 1) plan 2) execute on negotiation and data collecting 3) weekly status report out.

    Job duties

    • SQR's negotiation and ensure that the respective agreements will be executed with full compliance to *** Healthcare requirements
    • Obtain needed certification from suppliers
    • Obtain needed data from suppliers
    • Ensure that all data required for the qualification are uploaded in the respective document system, as BOX, Highsta*** and Supplier Quality Collaboration System (SQCS) etc.
    • Prepare and lead the weekly status report
    Success criteria
    Ensure momentum in the integration process for qualifying suppliers to GLProd and SQCS
    Ensure transparency in the identified deliverables and status report on frequent basis
    Supplier portfolio in State Colle*** and Herlev are qualified and registered in required systems in time
    Negotiating and finalizing Supplier Quality Requirement agreement with the respective suppliers in scope
    Project completed by end November 2024 with 100% qualification
    Start ASAP
    Candidate whether located in either US or Denmark, shall work with both sides

    Qualification
    Negotiation skills in negotiating Supplier quality requirement agreements
    Project Mana***ment skills including problem solving and having a hands on approach
    Experiences in stakeholder mana***ment
    Experienced in working globally
    Fluency in English both written and spoken
    Strong influencing/persuasion skills
