**$60k up to $70k / year**

**Direct Hire**

A growing manufacturer in Manchester, IA is seeking to add a driven Human Resources Generalist to their HR team. In this role you will lead the hiring companys recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations and performance management. This is a direct hire opportunity, meaning the best fit candidate will go directly onto the hiring companys payroll and be eligible for hiring companys robust benefits package.

**What you get to do (in a snap shot):**

+ Administer various HR functions including full-cycle of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

+ Coordinate the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.

+ Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process

+ Prepares and inputs payroll data into payroll system and ensures compliance with all applicable state and federal wage and hours laws.

+ Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

+ Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.

+ Support employee training and development initiatives.

**What wed like you to bring to the opportunity:**

+ Bachelors degree in human resources and 2+ years of Human Resources experience strongly preferred.

+ Working experience with a HRIS and or talent management system (preferred)

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially in Excel

+ Proven ability to interact with team members and department heads with candor, tact, patience, and diplomacy.

+ Organized, detail-oriented and proficient at follow-up.
