    Role Overview

    The Insurance Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on insurance products and services. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


    Responsibilities and Duties

    The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, processing insurance claims, and providing information on insurance products and services. They will also assist with policy changes and renewals, and maintain accurate records and reports.


    Requirements and Qualifications

    To be considered for this role, applicants must have a P&C license, be bi-lingual in Spanish, and possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Previous experience in insurance or a related field is preferred.
