    About the Role
    This position requires a qualified Labor and Delivery RN to provide patient-centered care in a dynamic setting. You will be responsible for assessing maternal and fetal health, administering treatments, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Assess maternal and fetal health, identifying potential complications and developing effective treatment plans.
    • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with approved obstetric nursing techniques.
    • Prepare equipment and assist physicians during labor, delivery, and examinations.
    • Provide immediate postpartum care, stabilizing the mother and newborn as needed.
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
    • Document patient care, assessments, and interventions accurately in the medical record.
