About the Role
The Commercial Insurance Client Service Leader is a multi-faceted role with many ways for you to impact the team and help this independent Atlanta agency be successful. This is also a dual role. Your primary focus is team management, but you will also be the Account Executive on a few accounts, in particular complex and key clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
Your role is to lead, manage, and hold the client service team accountable, examples of which include:
- Lead weekly team meetings to discuss strategies for new business and renewals, exchange market insight, etc.
- Ensure the team's needs are met and serve as a subject matter expert and resource on coverage questions, handling escalated issues and problem solving
- Institute metrics to ensure client retention
- Lead employee performance review meetings
Skills & Experience
- Minimum ten (10) years of commercial insurance industry career experience
- Success as an Account Executive with expert knowledge of service standards and insurance programs for upper middle market and risk management sized accounts
- Demonstrated leadership skills, either in a similar team leadership role or as a by product of working in the most senior client service position
