- Performing traffic control and flagging activities as need
- Assist in the placement, moving, and dismantling of signs, barricades, cones and other traffic control devices
- Follows safety rules and regulations on all work zone and flagging sites, including placing signs, barricades, traffic cones and other warning devices
- Report any safety hazards or traffic issues
- Ability to work Monday through Saturdays, days, nights, and weekends as needed to meet project deadlines
- Able to work in adverse weather conditions, hot or cold temperatures
- Additional duties as assigned
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass TSA background check and fingerprinting
- Ability to pass a written airfield map test
- Ability to pass a written test about the safety training/maps of taxiways
- Must have previous experience as a flagger and directing traffic
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must have a strong commitment to jobsite safety and be diligent in demonstrating safe work practices
