- Oversee monthly financial closing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Streamline accounts payable process for efficiency and precision.
- Manage daily financial entries, maintaining general ledger integrity.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Handle revenue accounting and perform comprehensive reconciliations.
- Enhance expense reporting and travel management systems.
- Supervise financial aspects of employee billable activities.
- Conduct vendor analysis and manage accruals.
- Assist in postmerger accounting integration.
- Complete monthend assignments independently and accurately.
- Support audit and tax filing preparation.
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience; public accounting a must
- Tech/SAAS industry experience a plus
- Excel proficiency and solid GAAP knowledge
- Detailoriented, analytical, and able to work independently in a fastpaced environment
