    Job DescriptionFor over 60 years, Vanguard has been a leading provider of solutions and services for fire protection, life safety, and security systems from design to installation and inspections.

    Vanguard Fire & Security Systems, Inc. is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. This person must have exceptional attention to detail and be able to identify issues and provide solutions, maintain accounts and records for a variety of customers. This position is key in creating operational efficiencies within the office and providing consistent communication with coworkers and managerial staff.

    Responsibilities:
    • Create and maintain accuracy of customer account information.
    • Setup installation projects.
    • Process approvals of service and maintenance quotes.
    • Setup new annual inspections.
    • Process renewals of annual inspections.
    • Support daily office operations and team communications.
    Qualifications:
    • Must have good computer skills.
    • Be able to utilize Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
    • ProfitZoom Software experience a plus.
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload efficiently.
    • Attention to details is a must to succeed in this position.
    • Ability to communicate effectively to get information.
    • Should be adaptable and maintain a positive attitude in a changing environment.
    • Demonstrate strong problem solving and communication skills.
