- Administer medications to residents based on physician orders and maintain accurate documentation
- Ensure timely medication administration by reviewing eMAR during each shift
- Collaborate with residents to assist with daily living activities as per service plans
- Respond promptly to resident calls and alarms, and report any changes in behavior or condition
- Keep track of medication orders, update eMAR, and maintain an adequate supply
- Record vital signs, weight measurements, and complete necessary documentation
- Engage in new employee training and support
- Maintain cleanliness in resident rooms and common areas as per schedule
- Participate in activities and encourage resident participation
- Foster positive relationships with residents, staff, and visitors
- Remain attentive and alert throughout shifts
