DaysThe Telemetry Technician assists nursing departments by monitoring cardiac rhythms and alarms for groups of patients and promptly reporting and documenting cardiac rhythm disturbances to the nursing team.
Knowledge of cardiac physiology, proficiency with learning new technology, and ability to manage distractions in a fast-paced environment are necessary.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalentCertification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required within 90 days of hireOTHER REQUIREMENTS
