    Position Summary:
    The Sr.

    Financial Analyst position within the Nestle Health Science Sales Finance Team is a crucial role that reports to the Senior Finance Manager (Customer & Category Analytics).

    In this role, you will play a vital part in establishing high-performance capabilities by supporting the Customer Strategy, Sales, and Sales Finance teams.

    As the Sr.

    Financial Analyst, your responsibilities will include developing, quantifying, and interpreting financial and operational metrics and analyses related to Gross Sales, Gross to Net, Cost of Goods, and Contribution Margin.

    You will also take ownership of specific areas within the Customer Profitability and Annual Planning Framework & Tools.

    This position holds significant visibility within the organization, requiring strong financial modeling skills and a high level of proficiency in Excel.

    Effective communication and collaboration skills are also essential for success in this role.

    Responsibilities:
    Establish successful business partner relationships with Customer Finance, Sales, Strategy & Brand teams
    Conduct detailed analyses on Pricing, ross to Net Spending, and Customer Profitability to provide meaningful insights and recommendations to US sales and brand leadership
    Lead periodic profitability reviews, analyzing customer mix and channel performance for several brands
    Assist in developing long-term analytical solutions (i.e., GMVA) to be used in driving key conversations and strategic decision making around Pricing strategy, PPA, and Channel Evolution
    Partner closely with the Promotion Analytics team to incorporate event performance learnings into macro-ROI analysis of company investment strategies
    Maintain Customer Scorecards and other action-oriented tools and KPIs to drive field effectiveness (i.e., Actuals/LE vs Target, Forecast Accuracy)
    Lead and enhance the annual customer planning framework with the Strategy team, driving consistency and standardization in the Sales/Trade planning and target setting processes
    Provide monthly sales and profitability reporting to key finance and sales stakeholders, as needed
    Own and improve the monthly RIG/Price forecasting and actual reporting processes for several brands
    Provide analytics and data gathering for various projects across the NHSc organization
    Have a complete understanding of a customer P&L and the levers used to impact Margin performance
    Identify and implement sustainable process improvements that can be incorporated into ongoing standard work to drive greater team efficiency
    Utilize SAP, BW, Oracle, XTEL TPM, PowerBI, Excel Power Query to organize, update, and analyze data

    Requirements:
    3+years of Financial Planning & Analysis, Sales Finance, and/or Customer Finance
    Bachelor's degree is a requirement, with a preference for candidates who have completed their degree in a relatable subject such as Finance, Business, or Accounting
    Must be proficient with Windows, Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, Excel (to include modeling), Power Point, etc.
    SAP, BW, Oracle, XTEL TPM, and Power BI knowledge a plus
    Solid understanding of accounting principles (accruals, prepaid accounts, etc.)
