The Sales Consultant will market the best technology for the intended application to builders, interior designers, contractors, architects, business and homeowners.
We are looking for applicants that are self-starters, know audio video, know construction. They are engaging, detail-oriented and have the ability to be productive independently and enthusiastic about the industry. All applicants must maintain a professional appearance, have amazing communication skills, and strong technical knowledge. Experience in construction with AV is a must and might be deal breaker for us.

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Possess skills/ knowledge of audio, video, network, security and automation
- Must have a proven track record of successful installations and sales growth.
- Familiarity with construction, design, project management, workflows.
- Proven ability to be productive while working independently.
- Ability to work on multiple projects.
- Hit deadlines.
- Under-promise, over-deliver mentality.
- Self-starter and engage with current with prospective clients.
- Computer and clerical experience are a must.
- Physical and virtual; site visits, client proposals, presentations.
- Required to successfully complete a background check prior to employment. Failure is a deal breaker.

- Assist in training and evaluation of up to Senior level technicians
- Excellent skills with desktop and mobile computing
- Clean driving record and background check
- Minimum of 2 years of construction field related experience
- 2+ years of directly related work experience and with knowledge of AV systems in residential and commercial applications.
Compensation: $50, $150,000.00 per year
