    Certco, Inc in Madison, Wisconsin is seeking a motivated Bilingual (English/Spanish)Warehouse Supervisor to help manage our Daniels St. location's first shift operations.     Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday

    Position Summary

    As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing and coordinating activities for our warehouse personnel, ensuring workflow optimization, productivity, and a commitment to safety. Your focus will be to oversee the accurate movement of inventory, uphold our rigorous safety protocols, and drive performance within your team. Your contribution will ensure we maintain a productive, organized, and safe warehouse that exceeds customer expectations.

    Essential Job Functions

    •Oversee and regulate all warehouse functions, fostering a highly productive environment

    •Mentor and develop team members through hands-on training and coaching

    •Provide instruction and evaluations for equipment operators

    •Uphold safety standards and ensure a secure working environment for all employees

    •Navigate employee relations, including initiating appropriate disciplinary actions when necessary

    •Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, striving for 100% customer satisfaction

    •Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment

    •Communicate critical production details to the Director of Warehousing and fellow shift leaders to ensure seamless operations

    •Execute additional tasks and duties as assigned by the Director of Warehousing

    •Is regular in attendance and complies with the Company Attendance Policy

    •Bilingual (English/Spanish)

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    •Knowledge of warehouse shipping and receiving functions

    •Knowledge of and skill in using computer software, including Microsoft Office suite

    •Skill in operating various office equipment, such as personal computer, calculator, fax and copy machine

    •Ability to pay close attention to detail and coordinate various activities simultaneously

    •Ability to communicate with customers, co-workers, and business contacts in a courteous and professional manner

    •Ability to work with minimal supervision

    •Ability to maintain confidentiality

    Education and Experience

    •High school graduate or equivalent and excellent math skills

    •3 Years of related experience

    •Experience working with powered industrial equipment

    •Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience preferred

    •D.O.T. and Logistics experience preferred

    •Experience in identifying operational issues, recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems

    •Experience building and maintaining relationships within a team
